You can return a product to us up to 14 days after delivery. To return an item to us, contact -us and we will tell you very quickly the procedure to follow. We do not cover the delivery costs for a return.
Wwe take pride in the quality of our products. That's why all of our orders go through a three-step quality check before being shipped. However, if a damaged itemaccidentally managed to pass our quality check, or was damaged in transit, we take full responsibility and replace it free of charge. Contact us within 4 weeks maximum after receipt of a damaged item for a completely free replacement.
You can request a cancellation of your order up to 4 hours after payment. We will cancel it and you will be refunded immediately. After this time, we cannot guarantee an immediate refund because your order will be in preparation and may already have been shipped. In this case, you will need to return the product(s) to us in order to be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only a Partial Refund May Be Given: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to error from us.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or account. original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If your order is delivered and you do not pick it up, either at a pick-up point or in your mailbox, we cannot process your refund. If your order is returned to us (incorrect address, non-presentation at a relay, etc.), the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact the issuing entity of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at contact@mynightmap.com and we will tell you the procedure to follow.
Shipping
To return a product, contact us at contact@mynightmap.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
